Yes, we help customers move from a heavy maintained environment with many monitoring specific incidents to a monitoring-as-a-service solution. Our customers have more time for diagnostics and problem determination of there own applications and servers rather than spending time with problem determination for openview, zenoss, hyperic, or nagios.

Currently we are priced very competitively at $50 a node for systems agents and $75 for deep dive application agents. It's a monthly fee and you only use as much as you need.

That's correct the monitoring server is hosted in our cloud and the agents for deep dive monitoring are deployed on servers and applications of you choice. There is no need to maintain a full blown monitoring server, we do that for you.
